Identify & Support Special Needs
Explore, develop, and offer resources that help carry the A.A. message to members with special needs
Maintain and store assisted listening devices owned by District 8
Participate & Report
Attend the monthly District 8 Business Meeting and report on committee activities
Attend the Area 15 Accessibilities Committee Meeting and report back to District 8
Share relevant accessibility updates and insights from Area 15 with the body
Communication & Website
Monitor the committee email to respond to requests or support needs
Coordinate with the Website Chair to ensure all committee literature is up to date and accessible online
Budgeting
- Prepare an annual budget request for the District 8 Treasurer
Qualifications to become a Committee Chair
3 years of sobriety
1 year as a GSR in District 8
