Service & Meeting Participation
Attend monthly District 8 General Service meetings
Attend Area 15 Quarterly DCM sharing session
Support for Trusted Servants
Act as a service advisor to DCMs and ACMs
Conduct periodic Orientations throughout the Panel for the DCMs and ACMs to include, as needed, the provision of AA literature that may be used while meeting with Groups
Communication & Oversight
- Monitor position email
Budget Planning
- Present a budget to the District 8 Treasurer every October for the next fiscal year
Qualifications to become a District DCM Coordinator
- 5 years of sobriety
- 3 years of service in District 8
- 1 year as a DCM in District 8
